After Graduating from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelors in Biology, and then with a Paralegal Studies Degree from DTCC, Kelley has spent over 15 years as a verbatim stenomask reporter for Hightower Reporting Service.  After a three-year hiatus spent as a procurement manager at an advertising agency in Raleigh, North Carolina; Kelley returned to Hightower Reporting Service with a desire to continue reporting, as well as taking over all aspects of running the firm.

Kelley has been an executive member of the Oxford Jaycees, earning the title of President in 2005; has recieved certifications in both Civil and Business Law as a paralegal, and is a member of the North Carolina Verbatim Reporters Association.

Glenda F. Hightower, CVR (1948-2019)

After Graduating from Croft College with Business Degree, and spending ten years as an Admin/Home inspector with Savings and Loan, two years as a substitute teacher, and seven years working with another court reporting agency, Glenda Hightower started Hightower Reporting Service in 1985.

During her years as a court reporter and business owner, Glenda has served on the NCVRA board of directors, as well as several civic and charitable organizations including Co-founder and 1st VP of the Oxford BPW Club, Charter Member of Granville Co. Inter-Agency Council, and Co-Chair of Gran. Co. Relay for Life 2000-2002.

While owning and operating Hightower Reporting Service, Glenda also worked with the family business of breeding and selling AQHA registered Quarter Horses from 1987 through 2002. She is survived by her husband of 48 years.
